 Inspections:

Our inspector will examine the entire exterior and interior of your house or building to study the dark and recessed areas that vermin frequent. We are looking for activity such as gnawing, droppings or tracks. We’ll determine the extent of the problem for you.

Entry points are important during an inspection: windows, door thresholds, utility lines, rooftops and downspouts are common areas of entry. Vermin normally have dirty and/or hair leaving smudges where they consistently travel. Feces are critical in determining the type of vermin and degree of activity.

Urban Wildlife Removal Procedure:

Trapping: We use only humane trapping methods following the guidelines of the state and federal government. Traps are checked daily to insure that no animal spends more than 24 hours in a cage trap. Species that can be legally released are done so daily. Any species that the state wildlife law requires to be euthanized will be done so in humane manner in accordance with American Veterinarian Medical Association suggested methods.
 
Relocation:

Lessens potential for transmission of infectious diseases to other species and humans. Minimizes stress to wildlife removed and reduces conflict between wildlife and its environment.

Deodorizing:

An atomized application of industrial-strength, biodegradable deodorizer is applied to former wildlife living spaces, travel ways and entry holes. Deodorizer removes the animals' scent and discourages the attraction of other wildlife.

Screening:

All building areas are secured where active and potential entry holes exist. Galvanized (rust resistant) 16 gauge animal proof steel screening is securely fastened with screws and washers.
